Use our prepaid return label to send back your old pair (within 10 business days) - no hassle, no extra cost.

Enjoy flawless, precise cuts every day with tools you can rely on.

We ship across the continental US and shipping is always included in your membership.

Your first pair ships within 7–10 business days. After that, a fresh pair ships out every 3 months on either the 1st or 15th of the month - that is your ship date, not your delivery date. Please allow additional time for delivery after your ship date. Billing follows the same schedule - charged every third month on your ship date.

When you receive your new pair of shears, your previous pair must be mailed back using the included prepaid shipping label within 10 business days. Failure to return within this window may result in a $99 non-return fee.

Each member receives one lost or unreturned pair waiver per calendar year. After that, the $99 fee applies for each additional unreturned pair in the same year.
