Failure to Return Policy

This policy applies to all active Shear Babe subscription members. When you receive a new pair of shears, your previous pair must be mailed back using the prepaid return shipping label included with your shipment within 10 business days of receiving your new pair.

Annual Waiver

Each member receives one lost or unreturned shear waiver per calendar year. This waiver may be applied to one pair of shears that is not returned within the required timeframe.

Non-Return Fee

After your one annual waiver has been used, a flat $99 fee will be charged to your payment method on file for each additional pair that is not returned within the 10 business day window in the same calendar year.

How to Return

Use the prepaid return shipping label included with each new shipment to send back your previous pair. If you have misplaced your label or need assistance, please contact us at shearbabeshears@gmail.com.

Exceptions

Shear Babe reserves the right to assess the $99 non-return fee if shears are not returned using the provided prepaid label or are not received by our facility.
