Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

Shipping costs are included in the membership price.

The first pair of shears will ship within 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

The second pair will ship out on either the 1st or the 15th of the month (or the closest business day), whichever date is closest to 90 days from the start of the member's subscription. Please note this is the ship date, not the delivery date - please allow additional time for delivery after your ship date.

Returns & Ongoing Shipments

When your next pair is delivered, you must return your previous pair using the included prepaid shipping label within 10 business days. Failure to return within this window may result in a $99 non-return fee. See our Failure to Return Policy for full details.

This exchange process will repeat on the same schedule moving forward.

Billing

Billing occurs every third month, on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.

The billing date aligns with the member’s shipment cycle (1st or 15th) but every third month.
